WordCamp Detroit 2011 is coming! Who is in the area that uses WordPress? I am hoping to make it out, and maybe even do a little liveblogging while meeting more cool WP folks. The event is November 12th and 13th, and I’ve gone ahead and optimistically purchased tickets. Now there is a serious risk that I won’t be able to make it. That’s the weekend before my last week of school, and I’m in a really tough class. I’ll have a final exam, a final paper, and a couple of assignments due that week. But I’m going to try my best to make it.
Have you ever been to a WordCamp before? What did you think? If I can make this one, it will be my second. I went to WordCamp Columbus earlier in the year, and that was a great time. I met a lot of cool people, and got some really neat information.
